Information about the club
Dancesport Club SYPSENA (Smile) was established in June 1994 in Siauliai City. Its founders are Raimonda & Zanas Untulis, their trainees are participating in every championship and ranking competitions, arranged by LDSF (Lithuanian Dancesport Federation).
The Dancesport Club SYPSENA joined LDSF in 1995; it trains dancers aged 5 to lg. The Club arranges LDSF ranking competitions with the best Lithuanian juvenile, junior and youth couples participating, as well as invites couples from the neighbouring countries annually, in May.
Our achievement:
In 1995 Marijus Skupeika and Meda Simaityte became Lithuanian champions in juvenile I group.
In 1997 Marijus and Meda repeated their achievement and became Lithuanian champions in the next group - juvenile II.
In the same year Marijus and Meda won the juvenile group competitions of the German Open Mannheim'97.
In 1998 Darius Remeika and Orinta Simkute became Lithuanian champions in juvenile I group.
In 2002 Aurimas Vozgirdas and Ernesta Kiburyte won the 3rd place in the juvenile I group of Lithuanian championship.
In 2003 Aurimas Ezerskis and Nerile Senulyte became the Lithuanian champions in junior II group (Class D program LA).
Andrius Uksas and Elena Uksaite won the LDSF ranking in youth group (dance program LA).
In 2004 Darius Remeika and Raminta Untulyte became Lithuanian champions in youth II group (Class D program LA).
In 2003 Club SYPSENA won three prize-winning places in the Lithuanian championship: Lukas Svambaris and Iveta Mifstachovaite were the 3rd in juvenile I group, Linas Syvis and Goda Zajauskaite were the 3rd in juvenile II group
Liudas Nekxosius and Karolina Balckute were the 3rd in junior II group with Latin dance program.
2006 m. Lithuanian junior championship ( standart dance programme ) "C" class winners: Darius Remeika and Raminta Untulytė.
In 2007 junior championship I grup (Class D standard dance program) winners become Augustas Goštautas and Agnė Cimermonaitė, while Mindaugas Martinaitis and Iveta Miftechovaitė took V th place.
Juniors II „D“ (standart dance program) Lukas Dambrauskas and Miglė Klupšaitė won I place
Junior gr. Latin American dance championship finalists became Liudas Nekrošius and Dovilė Nekrošiūtė
2008 championship:
Junior II „E6“ Mindaugas Vyčas - Edita Gustaitė II place
Youth: Lukas Petkevičius and Mona Vinklerytė in Latin American dance program has become a winner (I place), and in the standard dance program took VI place
2008 championship :
Junior I: Mindaugas Martinaitis and Iveta Miftachovaitė VI place (Latin dance)
Youth (Latin dance):
Liudas Nekrošius and Dovilė Nekrošiūtė won III place
Lukas Petkevičius and Mona Vinklerytė took VII place
